This petition challenges the order dated 13.4.2015 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad. By the impugned order, the petitioner was disqualified as a member of the grampanchayat u/s 14(j)

(1) read with Section 16 of the Bombay Village Panchayat Act, 1958. Mr.Wagh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.5, on instructions, states that the elections have taken place subsequent to the disqualification of the petitioner. Consequently, the petition has now become infructuous. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
