He submits that after issuance of notice by this Court in this application, execution proceeding is taken up and coercive action is likely to be taken against the applicant. He submits that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount of Award within a period of four weeks.

Considering submissions advanced, there shall be ad-interim stay to the judgment and award under Appeal subject to condition that applicant deposits entire amount of Award with Registry of this Court within a period of four week from today. 4.
