2) Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. Delay occurred in presenting the appeal stands condoned. Civil Application disposed of.

3) The letters Patent Appeal is presented by the writ petitioner, challenging the order dated 17th

June, 2009, granting Rule in the matter, hover, refusing to grant interim relief. Learned Single Judge has declined to grant interim relief in favour of the appellant in the year 2009. It would be open for the appellant to move the learned Single Judge for early disposal of the writ petition. No purpose would be served in entertaining the LPA against an interlocutory order refusing grant of interim relief by the learned Single Judge.
