Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

It is the specific claim of the Petitioners that the subject road is being constructed through their land, but this land is not being acquired. In this regard, the Petitioners submitted representations dated 26.03.2025 and 01.04.2025 before Respondent No. 3, the Collector. However, there has been no response from the said Respondent, while the construction work on the road continues.
