1] The parties have entered into a compromise.

The parties were present before this Court on 26.11.2025. In view of the direction of this Court, the parties remained present before the Registrar [Judicial] to verify the compromise. The Registrar [Judicial] has verified the compromise and submitted its report to this Court. It is stated in the report that the parties have voluntarily entered into compromise and no force or fraud is played with them. The Registrar [Judicial] has also verified the identity of the parties. Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise.

7147.25WP 2] The interim relief granted by this Court by order dated 19th June, 2025 would stand vacated.
