At the time of hearing of this petition to test his bona fide this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit Rupees One Lakh. Accordingly, the petitioner had deposited the said amount. The writ petition has been dismissed. Now the petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the said amount. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount. Application is disposed of.
