Considering the quantum of sentence and the reasoning of the learned Sessions Court, the sentence of

2 Cr. Appln. 2830/2015 the present applicant for the offences punishable under section 354-A(1), 506 of the Indian Penal Code is hereby suspended till the decision of the appeal.

The applicant - Suresh S/o Adhar Patil be released on bail upon his execution of P.R. bond in the amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
