Order :- Heard. Perused the record and proceedings. It reveals that, this Court has granted interim stay to the execution of Judgment and Award passed in W.C.A.No.126 of 2005. Moreover, the claimant has already deposited the compensation amount as per Order passed by the learned Commissioner. The notices were issued to the respondents, why the interim relief of stay granted by this Court should not be made absolute pending the appeal. But there was no further progress in this proceedings. The appeal has already been kept for final hearing on merit after compliance of procedural formalities. In such circumstances, there is no impediment to confirm the stay. Therefore, the order of stay is made absolute. The Civil Application for stay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and stands disposed of.
