Learned advocate Ms. Talekar for the applicant submits that the petitioners are challenging the order passed by the learned Minister in appeal preferred by respondent no. 7 - Smt. Mandikini Chandrakant Kulkarni by showing her appearance through her power of attorney holder who is none other than the applicant - Madhav Prabhkar Kale. She submits that the title clause of the petition is not compatible with the title of the order under challenge. 2.

Learned advocate Mr. Deshmukh for the respondent no. 7 submits that the applicant - Madhav Prabhakar Kale can defend the petition on her behalf.
