Mr. Navandar, learned Advocate appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 on instructions submits that there is substance in the contention of the applicants that they have mistaken the calculation while depositing the amount and that would be rectified and after rectification further amount be deposited.

In view of the submissions made, nothing survives for consideration in civil applications.

Civil Applications are disposed of with liberty to the applicants to file appropriate application, if so require seeking modification of the earlier orders of this Court or seeking further directions to deposit any difference of the amount as well as withdrawal of the amount deposited.

This Court expect that the compliance would be made within a period of eight weeks from today.
