PER COURT :- 1) When the matter was called in morning session, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and, therefore, the matter was kept back. In afternoon sessions, when the matter is called out, none appears for petitioner. 2) The grievances raised in this petition are about admission to PG course being in-service candidate for the academic years 2014-2015.

3) Learned AGP submits that, as a matter of fact, the are in which the petitioner has served does not come within the meaning of "Tribal area".

4) In the circumstances, the prayer of the petitioner for admission to PG course for the academic year 2014-2015, in our opinion, has, in fact, rendered infructuous. Leaving open remedy to the petitioner to renew the request for admission in next academic year, the petition stands disposed of.
