Heard learned counsel for applicant-appellant. 2.

Perused the applications and other relevant documents. 3.

There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgments and award dated 21-09-2017, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon, in M.A.C.P. No. 297 of 2018, on condition that applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with interest accrued thereon in this court within a period of four weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondent/s/original claimant/s to avail of the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law.
