PER COURT :- Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the vigilance inquiry in the matter is complete. It appears that validation claim in respect of the tribe certificate issued to the petitioner is pending since 1999 and he is deriving employment benefits on the strength of the caste certificate till this date.

Considering this aspect, respondent No.2 scrutiny committee is directed to decide the validation claim of the petitioner pending with the committee as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today. In the meanwhile, no adverse action be taken against the petitioner on the ground of his failure to file validation certificate.

The writ petition is disposed of.
