Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel submits that subsequent to the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner is again reposted on his promotional post.

Mr.Patil, learned counsel for the Committee states that the hearing is scheduled before the Committee on 7.8.2015. 4.

In light of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim orders passed, however, the Respondent employer shall be entitled to take further course of action in tune with the judgment of the Committee. Needless to state that the petitioner is also at liberty to take up appropriate proceedings if adverse orders are

passed against her.
