ORDER

1.

These appeals are placed before today's Lok Adalat dated 27.07.2024 by the appellants- Acquiring Body. 2.

Mr. Tanaji Sopanrao Sawant, Sub Divisional Officer, Beed Irrigation Division Beed is present on behalf of Acquiring Body. The learned A.G.P. Mr. Badakh as well as Mr. Pramod Dattatraya Kudale, Sub Divisional Officer Pathoda are also

-4present on behalf of the respondents-States. 3.

Mr. Tanaji Sopanrao Sawant, S.D.O. Patoda District Beed for Acquiring Body submits that these appeals are squarely covered by the Government Resolution No. Sankirna2014/pra.kra4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 03.11.2016 with corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13,08.2018 to the said Government Resolution. As such, these appeals can be withdrawn as per the policy decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra. Accordingly, the Acquiring Body is withdrawing these appeals.

Further Shri. Tanaji Sawant on behalf of Acquiring Body submits that in certain appeals the amount of compensation is already paid to the respective claimants and in certain appeals such amount of compensation is deposited in the Court.

The concerned claimants are at liberty to withdraw the compensation amounts in these appeals which are deposited in the Court along with the accrued interest thereon. Accordingly, the present First Appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn along with pending Civil Applications if any.

The Court fees be refunded as per rules.

No order as to costs.
