Both these applications are filed for condonation of delay caused in filing First Appeals against the award delivered by the Reference Court. The learned A.G.P. submits that sufficient cause has been made out in the applications for condonation of delay.

Considering the reasons stated in the applications and the submissions advanced by the learned A.G.P., this Court holds that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. In the circumstances, the delay caused in filing the First Appeals is condoned. Both the Civil Applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of. The office to register both the appeals.
