DATE : 23.07.2021 PER COURT :- On the complaint lodged by a Revenue Ofcere the crime No. 192 of 2021 came to be registered for the ofence punishable under Section 379 of the I.P.C. Applicants and co accused were found extracting the sand without permit. Applicants claims that they were working as a drivers of the vehiclese wherein the sand was allegedly transported. It is informed the accused No.1e owner of the vehiclee is in the custody of the police. In consideration of the facts and the nature of the ofencee in my viewe the State cannot be deprived of their right to custodial interrogation of the applicants. Application is rejected.
