Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per the circular dated 29.9.2011 the petitioner is required to be considered for absorption on the basis of couple convenience, however, the respondent No.3 is not taking cognizance of the same. Respondent No.3 has already given its consent for transfer on the basis of the couple convenience. The husband of the petitioner is working in the office of Superintendent of Police at Parbhani and the respondent No.2 has already given its consent to relieve the petitioner in case of absorption by respondent No.3. 2.
Mr. Bhavthankar, the learned counsel for respondent No.3
wp5750.15 -2submits that in case the representation is made by the petitioner, the authority would consider the said representation in accordance with relevant policy.

In view of the fact that the respondent No.2 has already given its consent to relieve the petitioner in case the petitioner is absorbed by respondent No.3, we pass the following order.
O R D E R
I.
The petitioner shall make representation with respondent No.3, which representation shall be considered by respondent No.3 on its own merits in accordance with policy, expeditiously and take decision upon the same, preferably within three months.
II.
Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
