3) In all the aforesaid matters, the acquiring body intends to withdraw the applications. The applications are allowed to be BDV

4) In view of withdrawal of the applications for condonation of delay, the appeals which are on stamp numbers, do not survive and they are also disposed of.

5) It is informed that the acquiring body has deposited the amount as per the Award.

6) Disbursement of the amount be made as per the Award.
