It is contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has challenged the Judgment and award dated 18th November 2021 passed by learned Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Amalner, District Jalgaon in M.A.C.P. No 54 of 2017, in the said matter applicant herein is directed to pay compensation of Rs. 4,88,940/- along with interest and proportionate cost.

The appeal is fled on the point of non involvement of the insured vehicle. Hence requested to stay the order passed by

954- C. A. No. 8485-2022.odt the learned tribunal. Considering the request of the learned counsel for the applicant, stay is granted to the Judgment and award passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal as referred above till fnal disposal of the appeal. 3.

The applicant/ appellant shall deposit the entire compensation award passed by the learned Tribunal before this Court within eight weeks.
