The proposals for validation of the caste claim is made on 9th June, 2021 and now the petitioners are seeking direction against the Committee to decide the validation proceedings by the end of August, 2021.

We do not approve lethargy on the part of the petitioners. The

934 & 970 wp.7099.21 anr.odt petitioners were aware that they have to appear for CET and NEET examination more than a year back when they took admission in XIth standard.

However, considering that the petitioners are exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee may, if it is possible, endeavour to decide the proceedings by 30th August, 2021.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 5th July, 2021.
