Mr Ladda, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that in view of the communication/circular dated 11th July, 2018, issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs, New Delhi, the appeal filed by the appellant be permitted to be withdrawn. The communication dated 11th July, 2018 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. By inviting our attention to the said communication, learned Counsel submitted that a monetary limit is specified in the circular and accordingly the appellant is praying for withdrawal of the appeal in view of the fact that the tax liability involved in the appeal is below Rs.50 Lakhs.
