We have heard Mr. Rodge, the learned counsel for the petitioner and have also gone through the order dated 09.05.2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 5747 of 2013. This Court had directed the Appellate Authority to decide the pending appeal expeditiously and depending upon the decision in appeal, the proposal of the present petitioner was directed to be considered. 2.

The appeal is filed by third party. It is not clear that whether the third party is prosecuting the appeal or not. The

2 cp 255.15 petitioner may move the authority for conducting the appeal expeditiously as per the order dated 09.05.2014 in Writ Petition No. 5747 of 2013 and thereafter may approach the Court. 3.

With these observations, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
