Heard rival submissions. The original claimants namely respondent Nos.1-a to 1-c despite service, remained absent. 2.

The appellant - Airport Authority is seeking condonation of delay of 591 days, which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There appears dispute as to who should pay the compensation amount to the original claimants. Therefore, considering the statutory rights of the applicant, the delay of 591 days stands condoned.
