This application is for suspension of sentence. The sentences are as : for section 353 - 2 years, section 506 - 1 year and section 427 - 1 year with fine of Rs. 500/-.

Considering that sentence is a short term, this Court is inclined to allow application. Application is allowed. Sentence awarded by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vaijapur in Sessions Case No. 39/2022 dated 25.04.2024 shall remain suspended till final disposal of the Appeal subject to furnishing PR bond with one surety in the amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand Only) before the Trial Court.
