Even at the second call, the learned advocate for the petitioner has not appeared either online or by remaining present in the court hall in which, an arrangement to address the Court through video conferencing has been made.

The petitioner has put forth prayer clause B, which reads as under :- "B) By way of writ, order or directions, the Ld. C.J.J.D. Phulambri may kindly be directed to decide RCS No.21/2013 expeditiously as early as possible/ within the stipulated period."

We find that our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India should not be invoked for issuing directions in terms

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off by granting liberty to the petitioner to request the learned Trial Court for an early hearing in RCS No.21/2013 and in the event of such request, the Trial Court would take up the said suit in queue so as to be disposed off expeditiously as it is almost 8 years old.
