Learned Advocate Mr. Sabnis holding for Advocate Gunale submits that the Writ Petition was arising out of the decision in Criminal Revision, challenging the order passed by JMFC, Latur in respect of maintenance under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. Now, there is compromise between the parties before the learned District Judge. He is making available a photo copy of the said compromise terms. That compromise appears to be in Regular Civil Appeal No. 123/2018. The compromise also speaks about the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, thereby both of them have decided to take BDV

BENCH AT AURANGABAD divorce by mutual consent and it is also stated that towards the maintenance, it has been agreed and decided that the husband would pay Rs.10,00,000/-. It is also mentioned that these two writ petitions would be disposed of in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties and the wife has no objection for the same.

Taking into consideration the said facts and in view of the decree that has been passed by a competent Civil Court, based upon the compromise between the parties, both these writ petition stand disposed of as withdrawn.
