Mr.Choukidar, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Salunke, learned Counsel for respondent nos.7 and 8 state that the parties have arrived at a settlement.

Mr.Choukidar, learned Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioners in the present Contempt Petition now does not subsist after the settlement.

Mr.Salunke, learned Counsel submits that because of pendency of the present Contempt Petition, the A.I.C.T.E. has withdrawn recognition of the Institution and the A.I.C.T.E. may be directed to reconsider the same.
