On 31.7.2017, this Court recorded the statement of Mr.Y.P.Deshmukh, learned counsel that sole accused is dead. The learned A.P.P. was directed to verify it through concerned Police Station and submit the report.

Today, learned A.P.P. submits that the factum of death of sole accused in the present
