It is contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has challenged the Judgment and award dated 24th February 2022 passed by learned Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Nanded in M.A.C.P. No 145 of 2012, in the said matter applicant herein is directed to pay compensation of Rs. 6,76,000/- along with interest and proportionate cost. 2.

The appeal is fled on the point of non involvement of the insured vehicle. Hence requested to stay the order passed by the learned tribunal. Considering the request of the learned counsel for the applicant, stay is granted to the Judgment and
