It was already reported that, the respondent No. 1 is dead. His son has also filed an affidavit to that effect. Learned A.P.P. was to take instructions.

Learned A.P.P. states that, as per the police station report respondent No. 1 is dead.

In view of this, the criminal appeal stands abated and disposed off accordingly.

Learned advocate Mr. Jadhav is appointed through legal aid to represent the respondents-accused persons by order dated 25.11.2022.
