Criminal Appeal No. 24/2001 :

It is reported that Respondent No.1 - Baswant Jagannath Lamjane is dead. Hence Appeal against him, stands abated. Respondent No.2 - Bhanudas Jagannath Lamjane is alive. Therefore, the Criminal Appeal be placed on board on 02.12.2022 to the extent of Respondent No.2.
