Since the appellant - acquiring body has deposited the entire amount of compensation and therefore, the Civil Application No.3472 of 2012 for stay, is made absolute in terms of prayer clause - B and disposed of accordingly. Likewise, the Civil Application No.7166 of 2012 for extension of time to deposit the amount, is also disposed of accordingly.

The applicant - appellant acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay of 351 days, which appears to be caused due to obtaining approvals at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side.
