PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent No.1 committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation claim relating to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today and it is accordingly directed. The petitioner shall cause appearance before the committee on 12.10.2015 and as such, no separate notice requiring his presence before the committee is necessary.
