The petitioner has challenged the order dated 17.03.2016 passed by Family Court, Aurangabad below application Exhibit-42 in Petition C-15/2012. 2.

Learned advocate for petitioner submits that Petition C-15/2012 itself was disposed of by Family Court, Aurangabad vide order dated 07.04.2018. Therefore, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is therefore disposed of as infructuous.
