Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned A.P.P for the respondent/State and the learned counsel for the complainant.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 459 of 2022 registered with Satara Police Station, Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 364-A, 384, 385, 170, 120B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant has a case that he tried to settle the dispute between the main accused and the complainant. For settlement, the amount of Rs. 25,000/- was paid to him for the woman at whose

9.odt instance the entire episode was happened. On the day of his arrest, he has deposited amount of Rs. 25,000/- with police. He has been languishing in jail for about ten months. The investigation has been completed. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. He has no direct concern with the crime. In view of the facts and the role attributed to him, his further detention would serve no purpose. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

I) The application is allowed.

II) Applicant Sanjay Pandit Jadhav be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S. B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No. 459/2022 registered with Satara Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 364/A, 384, 385,170, 120 B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code on the conditions that (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He shall attend the trial on each and every effective date. (c) He shall not involve in similar settlement being a social worker. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE ysk
