By these applications, the applicants are seeking anticipatory bail, though the offence is not registered against the applicants.
It is the contention of the learned counsel for applicants that the complaint is filed against the applicants by complainant, namely Vishwanath Patil, which is pending in Sindkheda Police Station, District Dhule. But the police has yet not registered FIR on the
976 ABA.822.2024 ANR.odt said complaint. The applicants apprehend arrest in the said complaint. Hence, he requested to allow the applications. It is the contention of the learned APP that yet FIR is not registered, hence the applicants are not entitled for relief as prayed and requested to reject the applications.
I have heard both the learned counsel. It appears that the complaint is filed against the applicants on 10th April, 2024. Yet FIR is not registered. The applicants have only apprehension about the arrest. Considering this fact, I pass the following order:-
O R D E R
I Both the applications are rejected.

The concerned investigating officer is directed to inform the applicants 48 hours before the arrest of applicants, in case on the complainant dated 10th April, 2024 FIR is registered against the applicants. [ SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J. ] nga
