Heard learned counsel for parties.

The State has preferred the appeals against excessive enhancement. The amount claimed in claim petitions as excessive and small amounts (below Rs. 1,50,000/-). In another applications arising from the said award, permission was granted to withdraw the entire amount. I adopt the same course. The applicants-original respondents are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant State subject to furnishing usual undertaking and remaining 50% amount be paid to the applicants subject to furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).

The applications stand disposed of.
