By the present application, the applicant-wife seeks transfer of proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No.15 of 2016, from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalna to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Ambajogai.

It is not in dispute that another proceedings between the parties is already pending in the Court at Ambajogai.

The respondent-husband has no objection for transfer of proceedings as sought by the applicant-wife, however, he submits that as the applicant is working at Latur, the said proceedings be transferred to the Court at Latur.

In view of the fact that it is convenient to the applicant to attend the proceedings at Ambajogai and already one more proceedings between the parties is pending in the Court at Ambajogai, as also considering the hardship and the convenience of the applicant, Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and stands disposed of. 6.

Keeping in view convenience of the parties, the Courts below shall make an endeavour to take up proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No.15 of 2016 and the another proceedings initiated under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, which is also pending at Ambajogai, on one and the same day.
