Mr.Shermale, learned counsel submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent nos.37 to 58.

2 14-ca6444-15.odt 2] Perused the order passed by trial Court dated 12th May, 2015. It appears that the trial Court was misled on the issue of law that the stay to the hearing in the suit means even stay to the hearing of application for interim relief.

3] In that view of the matter, present Civil Application No.6444 of 2015 is allowed and disposed of. The trial Court is directed to hear the application at Exhibit "5". Humdast allowed. 4] All the sides submit that Civil Revision Application may be heard finally at the stage of admission itself.
