This is an application seeking direction to the Registry of this Court to accept cheque since the same could not be earlier deposited within the time granted by this Court.

By order dated 03/03/2025 in Civil Application No.13190/2023, the entire amount awarded by the Reference Court was directed to be deposited with this Court within a period of six weeks. The time expired on 14/04/2025 and therefore, the present application is made for seeking extension of time and for direction to the Registry to accept the cheque.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the civil application,
