Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

It is not in dispute that First Appeal No. 1015 of 2004 filed on behalf of respondent-State against present applicant-original claimant came to be disposed of by this Court with following observations - "5. In the result, all the appeals stand dismissed. Bank guarantee, if any given by the original claimants stand released. Amount deposited, if any, is to be disbursed as per the judgments and awards. All Civil applications are disposed of."

In view of aforesaid observations, learned AGP has no objection to allow the applicants-appellants to withdraw the amount deposited in this court in the name of applicant-original claimant. 4.

In the light of above, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Registry to disburse the amount whatever deposited in this case to the applicant-claimant (original respondent in First Appeal No. 1015 of 2004) forth-with.
