DATE : 17th October, 2022 P.C. :- Learned advocate for the petitioner as well as learned AGP submit that as per the notification dated 25.08.2015 the committee is already constituted in fact as per the documents those have been produced, it appears that by order dated 16.01.2015 the committee was constituted by Collector, Jalna. In view of government resolution dated 01.11.2010, it appears that the Government of India had given guidelines for payment of compensation towards damages in regard to Right of Way for transmission lines on 15.10.2015. It also appears that the present petitioner had filed application before the concerned authorities on 20.11.2020 as well as on 19.01.2021.

In view of the constitution of the committee on 16.01.2015, the prayer-A has been addressed. Now as regards the decision on the applications those are pending before the committee, definitely the committee should decide it in 30 days as per order dated 16.01.2015, yet it appears that they have not been decided. Under such circumstances, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the committee constituted under order dated 16.01.2015 by Collector, Jalna to decide those applications dated 20.11.2020 and 19.01.2021 by the petitioner positively within a period of four months from today.
