Heard both the sides.

Learned AGP submits that he does not have any instructions as to whether the amount is deposit, as per earlier directions of this Court in the applications for grant of stay. 3.
In the circumstances, stay to the execution of the impugned awards is hereby granted till decision of the appeals, upon deposit of the entire amount under awards, together with up to date interest, if not deposited by this time, within a period of twelve weeks from today, in this Court.
4.
In case of default in deposit of the amount, the stay granted to the execution of the impugned awards shall stand vacated and the present applications shall stand dismissed. 5.
