Upon hearing both sides, the sentence awarded to the present applicant for the offence punishable under section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code is hereby suspended till the decision of the appeal. The applicant - Ramesh Suklal Rathod be released on bail upon his execution of P.R. bond in the amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount in the trial Court. 6.

Criminal Application accordingly is disposed of.
