The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that Petition No.A-129/2015 has been finally disposed of by the Family Court, Nanded. Since the interlocutory order was challenged in this writ petition, this petition has become infructuous. Considering the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as being infructuous.

Considering the orders of this Court dated 01.03.2017 and 19.09.2017 in Civil Application No.10675/2017, the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon, if any, can be withdrawn by the Respondent/ wife. She would file an application for withdrawal of

*2* 955wp2759o17 the said amount, identified by her Advocate along with her recent photograph and the address proof in the form of self attested photocopy of the Adhar Card or Voters Identity Card or address proof of her father since it is stated that she is residing with her father. The pending Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed of.
