Legal heirs of the respondent No. 8/Geetabai Sayaji Pandhare are already on record in the form of the respondent Nos. 5 to 7, who are to be treated as respondents and cause of action survives against them also. Applicants have provided fresh address of the respondent Nos. 11 to 13. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B', 'C' and 'D'. The civil application is disposed of.
