It appears that under order dated 09/12/2021 this court has already observed that in case of condonation of delay of 1491 days, the applicant shall not be entitled for component of interest for the said delay period. Thus, it appears that only the application is remained to be allowed, which now stands allowed in the interest of justice with the aforesaid condition. Accordingly the application stands disposed of.
