Having regard to the nature of issue raised in this writ petition, we are of the opinion that the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee must decide claim of the petitioner, which is said to be pending since 13/06/2017, expeditiously, say, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition accordingly without making any observation as to the merit of the claim of the petitioner.
