DATE : MAY 09, 2025 ORDER :- A revision against the order in Appeal passed by the Revenue Commissioner is pending before the Hon'ble Minister (Revenue). No notices have yet been issued therein. An application for interim relief is also pending. The petitioner apprehends immediate demolition since the first three orders have been against him. 2.

In view of the above, Hon'ble Minister is requested to take up the application moved by the petitioner for interim relief and decide the same on its own merits and uninfluenced by this order, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
